Firms must be legitimate legal practices with attorneys holding valid practising certificates. Profile, pricing, and compliance details must be accurate and kept up to date.
Listing features are provided under the selected subscription plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Firms are responsible for reviewing, confirming, and fulfilling consultation requests received through the platform in a professional and timely manner.
Firms must operate in line with the Legal Practice Council and applicable professional standards. BLYDEX may suspend listings that do not meet these requirements.
